28 Rolls of Film shot by Miles Mattison last week.
Miles’ original one-month Fellowship was in 2011 during the month of August which is typically the most active month in our town (thanks to summer tourism). At the end of his Fellowship he proposed:
To return for a time of 10 days in the heart of winter, this January, and document Green River to find out exactly what this tiny, desert town looks like under a blanket of cold weather. Documentation will be created in the form of writing and photographs. After the time spent here, I will create a publication that includes media from both seasons and will draw a comparison between the two seasons in Green River.
As you can see, he shot a lot film during his stay. We look forward to the publication, Miles. See more of his work here and here. Apply for the Frontier Fellowship here.
